Antoon Ott (1972) studied art history and law at Leyden University, The Netherlands. After his years as director of the Foundation NedArt, in 2005 he started Artilaw, a consulting firm giving advice about matters relating to art, culture and law to public authorities, ministries, foundations, museums, equity funds, and private individuals. Mr. Ott is specialised in the art and antique market and advises the F.E.A.G.A. on legal matters. He collaborates regularly in the F.E.A.G.A. newsletter. Mr. Ott sits on the board of several cultural institutions. He has written publications on art and is currently working on the biography of a famous Dutch collector.
