Talking Galleries’ flagship event celebrated its eighth edition on January 20 and 21, 2020 at the MACBA museum. Achieving its largest historical attendance, the Barcelona Symposium was the meeting point for over 240 art professionals coming from 26 different countries, who converged in the two-day conference for a debate on the most relevant matters in the current art agenda.
The 2020 programme featured 10 sessions covering topics such as a market for the millennials, the state of digital sales, the evolving gallery model, sustainability in the art market, the shifting tastes and dedication of collectors, and new approaches to the gallery business, among others.
