Carolina Ciuti

Carolina Ciuti is a contemporary art curator. She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Florence and a Master’s in Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London. She currently directs exibart.es, a magazine dedicated to contemporary art in Spain; collaborates with KBr Fundación MAPFRE in Barcelona as an external curator; and develops independent curatorial projects between Spain and Italy. Until 2022, she was Artistic Director of the LOOP Barcelona video art festival. She has curated exhibitions and projects at institutions including the Filmoteca de Catalunya, Fundació Antoni Tàpies, Fundació Suñol and MACBA, among others, and has edited several contemporary art publications, most recently Los restos. Oriol Vilanova (AECID, AC/E, 2026) and Paula Artés. Energia submergida (Lo Pati, 2024).
