Dustyn Kim is the Vice President of Artsy Marketplace Partners, overseeing Artsy’s business with galleries, art fairs, auction houses and institutions. In this role, Dustyn is responsible for: developing strategies to grow the marketplace; formulating operating plans and budgets; and leading teams across sales, partner relations, marketing, and operations.
Prior to Artsy, Dustyn held several leadership positions at content and technology organizations. She was a General Manager and P&L owner at LexisNexis’s second largest division, a $500M business serving law firms, corporations, and government agencies. Dustyn also led Strategy & Operations for Lexis’ North American division, where she developed plans to drive growth that ranged from internal initiatives (e.g., sales efficiencies) to partnerships & acquisitions. Before joining Lexis, Dustyn led Strategy & Corporate Development at Fitch Group after having spent several years as a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Dustyn graduated from Denison University with a BA in English Literature and Economics and received her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
