Mazdak Sanii is CEO and co-founder of Avant Arte, a creative marketplace that makesdiscovering and owning art radically more accessible for a new generation. Mazdak leadson thestrategic vision, brand development, and organisational growth. Prior to Avant Arte,Mazdak worked for Rothschild & Co, advising companies on growth strategy, financing andIPOs, before joining leading online music community Boiler Room in2013—first as aboardmember, then as Chief Operating Officer, where he led on strategy, operations, productand finance, shaping it into the world’s largest online music broadcaster. He is a Trustee ofthe National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and the London Contemporary Orchestra
