In the last 30 years we have seen dramatic changes in the contemporary art scene. Artists who were previously meeting with their collectors and gallerists in a kind of ivory tower were suddenly placed in the cultural heart of society. This had many positive effects, such as that their socio-political works that already interact with present ongoings got into a direct dialogue with their subject, the larger society. As a gallerist it is the utmost goal to support artists, try to realize their vision and help them grow their career in a genuine and sustainable way. In our globalized world this goes hand in hand with being internationally present not only through exhibitions, but also through media and social media presence, and publications.
