Luigi Fassi

Luigi Fassi is the director of Artissima, the International Fair of Contemporary Art in Turin. He has served as artistic director of MAN Museum, the Museum of Art of the Province of Nuoro (2018-2022), and Kunstverein ar/ge kunst, Bolzano (2012-2017), and was a visual art curator at the Steirischer Herbst Festival in Austria. A Helena Rubinstein Curatorial Fellow at the Whitney Museum ISP, he has curated exhibitions internationally, including at The Kitchen and ISCP in New York, Prague Biennale, Malmö Konstmuseum, and GAM Turin. He coordinated Artissima’s Present Future section (2010–2017) and has participated in international residencies and selection committees, including Alserkal Residency in Dubai and Artorama in Marseille. Fassi is a published author and contributor to Artforum, Mousse, Flash Art, among others, and holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Turin.
